Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) energizes the lock or unlock relays based upon input from the door lock switches, the remote keyless entry (RKE) transmitter, or the keyless entry keypad. If the SJB energizes circuit 1088 (PK/WH) the door lock actuators unlock the doors and the liftgate (wagon). If the SJB energizes circuit 1763 (PK/BK) the door lock actuators lock the doors and the liftgate (wagon).

Possible Causes
- Circuit 1088 (PK/WH) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1741 (YE) open or short to ground
- Circuit 1763 (PK/BK) open or short to ground
- Door lock actuator
- Liftgate actuator
- SJB
