Normal Operation
Under normal operation, the memory set switch receives ground from circuits GD126 (BK/WH) and 1203 (BK/LB). When the driver seat module (DSM) receives input from the memory set button circuit CPS14 (GY/VT), the DSM will save current mirror settings using the inputs from the position sensors in the exterior mirrors. When the DSM receives input from the memory set switch button 1, circuit CPS15 (VT/WH) or button 2, circuit CPS16 (YE), the DSM will adjust the mirrors according to the stored position.

The DSM receives input on the position of the LH exterior mirror from circuits VPM36 (BN/YE), B_LPM30 (GY/VT), B_RPM30 (YE), VPM35 (YE/BU) and 894 (GY) and from the RH exterior mirror from circuits VPM37 (BU/OG), VPM38 (BN/GN), 891 (GY/RD), A_RPM30 (YE) and A_LPM30 (GY/VT).

Possible Causes
- An open, short to voltage or short to ground in circuits: CPS15 (VT/WH), CPS16 (YE), CPS14 (GY/VT), CPS55 (YE), VPM36 (BN/YE), A_LPM30 (GY/VT), B_LPM30 (GY/VT), VPM35 (YE/BU), VPM37 (BU/OG), A_RPM30 (YE), B_RPM30 (YE) or VPM38 (BN/GN)
