Normal Operation
The smart junction box (SJB) supplies voltage to lock all or unlock all relays and sends a controller area network (CAN) message to the driver door module (DDM) based upon input from the RH door lock control switch, the RKE transmitter, or the keyless entry keypad. When the SJB supplies voltage to circuit CPL52 (VT/GY), and the DDM supplies voltage to circuit CPL51 (BU/GN), the door lock actuators unlock the doors. When the SJB supplies voltage to circuit CPL11 (GY/BN), and the DDM supplies voltage to circuit CPL02 (VT/GN), the door lock actuators lock the doors.

Possible Causes
- Circuit CPL02 (VT/GN) open or short to ground
- Circuit CPL11 (GY/BN) open or short to ground
- Circuit CPL51 (BU/GN) open or short to ground
- Circuit CPL52 (VT/GY) open or short to ground
- Door lock actuator (part of the door latch)
- DDM
- SJB
