Normal Operation
The emergency flasher relays (switch side) are supplied voltage from the battery junction box (BJB) through circuit 1271 (VT). Voltage is provided to the LH and RH emergency flasher relay coils through circuits 9 (LG/OG) and 5 (OG/LB), respectively. Ground for the emergency flasher relay coils is provided through circuit 57 (BK). When the relay is energized, voltage is routed through circuits 9 (LG/OG) and 5 (OG/LB) to the LH and RH package tray lamps, respectively.

Possible Causes
- Fuse
- Circuit 5 (OG/LB) open or short to voltage
- Circuit 9 (LG/OG) open or short to voltage
- Circuit 57 (BK) open
- Circuit 1271 (VT) open
- Package tray lamp
