Normal Operation
When the ignition switch is in the START or RUN position the accessory delay relay is energized, providing voltage to the door lock control switches through circuit 2086 (RD/LB).

Possible Causes
- fuse
- circuit 2086 (RD/LB) open
- door lock control switch
