Normal Operation
The message center display is located in the center of the instrument cluster. The message center functionality is controlled through the message center switches, which are hardwired to the instrument cluster through circuit 1411 (GY/OG). The message center switches use a different resistance value for each switch, allowing the instrument cluster to determine which switch is pressed.
