TEST B: DTC B1484 - BRAKE PEDAL INPUT OPEN CIRCUIT
Normal Operation
The smart Junction box (SJB) supplies voltage to the stoplamp switch through circuit 1140 (VT), when the ignition switch is in the RUN/START position. When the brake pedal is applied, voltage is routed to circuit 810 (RD/LG) to the anti-lock brake system (ABS) module.
Possible Causes
^ Circuit 810 (RD/LG) open
^ Stoplamp switch
^ ABS module
