Normal Operation
Voltage is sent from the audio unit to the steering wheel controls through circuit VME14 (GY/YE). When a switch is pressed, the voltage is routed through a specific resistor value for each function, creating a voltage divider. The audio unit receives this reference voltage through circuit RME24 (BU/WH). The audio unit then uses this reference voltage to determine which control input function has been selected.

Possible Causes
- Circuit RME24 (BU/WH) open, short to ground or voltage
- Circuit VME14 (GY/YE) open, short to ground or voltage
- Clockspring
- Steering wheel controls
- Audio unit
