Normal Operation
The message center displays information about total odometer, trip odometers and compass information after instrument cluster prove-out. With the ignition in the ON position, the message center displays important vehicle information, through a constant monitoring of vehicle systems. Pressing the message center switch notifies the operator of potential vehicle problems with a display of system warnings.
