Normal Operation
The DSM receives a key out command over the MS-CAN communication network and powers the driver seat rearward about 2 inches.

Possible Causes
An inoperative/not operating correctly easy exit/easy entry seat can be caused by:
- wiring, terminals or connectors.
- a faulty key-in-ignition warning switch.
- a faulty instrument cluster module (ICM).
- a faulty driver seat module (DSM).
