Power Steering Pump Pulley-3.0L (4V) CIII Pump





Special Tool(s)

Removal and Installation
1. Rotate the tensioner clockwise and remove the belt from the power steering pump pulley.





2. Detach the wiring harness.





3. Remove the nut and bolt and position the coolant expansion tank out of the way.





4. Using the special tool, remove the pump pulley.





5. NOTE: If the pulley hub has no marks or one mark, mark the pulley hub with paint before installing it. If the pulley hub has two marks, install a new pulley.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Use the special tool to install the pulley.
