Roof Opening Panel Motor

ROOF OPENING PANEL MOTOR

Removal

1. NOTE: If possible, make sure that the roof opening panel glass is in the closed position.

Remove the roof opening panel motor access panel.







2. Remove the roof opening panel motor screws.







3. Disconnect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector.
4. Remove the roof opening panel module and motor assembly.

Installation







1. Connect the roof opening panel motor electrical connector to the roof opening panel motor wiring electrical connector.
- Hold the roof opening panel switch on until the roof opening panel motor stops in the fully closed position.







2. NOTE:
- When installing the roof opening panel motor, it may be necessary to turn the roof opening panel motor slightly to engage the drive splines.
- Make sure that the lifter arms and guidance ramps are aligned.

Install the roof opening panel motor screws.

3. Install the roof opening panel access panel.
4. Initialize the roof opening panel motor.
