Wheel Bearing and Wheel HubRemoval and Installation
All vehicles
1. Remove the brake disc.
AWD vehicles
2. Remove and discard the rear axle shaft nut.
^ To install, tighten to 200 Nm (148 ft. lbs.).
3. Using a suitable hub remover, press the axle shaft out of the hub.
All vehicles
4. Remove and discard the wheel bearing and hub-to-knuckle bolts.
^ To install, tighten to 120 Nm (89 ft. lbs.).
5. NOTE: Always install new suspension fasteners.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
