Normal Operation
The message center switch assembly uses circuit 1411 (GY/OG) to communicate the requested switch function to the message center.

Possible Causes
- circuit 1411 (GY/OG) open, short to ground, or short to voltage
- clockspring
- steering wheel control switch harness
- message center switch assembly
- instrument cluster
