Removal
1. Remove the crankshaft pulley.

2. CAUTION: Do not scratch or damage the sealing surfaces when using the special tool to remove the crankshaft front oil seal.





Using the special tool, remove the crankshaft front oil seal and discard.

Installation

1. NOTE: Clean all sealing surfaces with metal surface cleaner.

Apply clean engine oil to the seal before installing the seal.





2. Using the special tools, install the crankshaft front oil seal.
3. Install the crankshaft pulley.
