GENERATOR

Removal and Installation

All vehicles
1. Disconnect the battery.







2. Remove the screws and the engine cover.







3. Loosen the clamp and remove the intake induction resonator.
4. Release the tension and remove the accessory drive belt from the generator pulley.

Vehicles with 135 Amp generator







5. NOTE: Position the cover aside to access the nut.

Remove the generator B+ cable nut and disconnect the generator electrical connectors.

Vehicles with 200 Amp generator







6. NOTE: Position the cover aside to access the nut.

Remove the generator B+ cable nut and disconnect the generator electrical connectors.

All vehicles







7. Remove the bolts and the generator bracket.







8. Loosen the bolts and remove the generator.
9. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
