EGR Tube: Service and Repair

EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) SYSTEM MODULE TUBE

Removal and Installation
1. With vehicle in NEUTRAL, position it on a hoist.







2. Remove the bolts and the intake manifold shield.







3. Disconnect the nut at the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) system module.







4. Disconnect the nut at the exhaust manifold.
5. Remove the tube.
6. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
