Disassembly





1. Remove the Teflon seal rings and the No. 5 thrust washer.





2. Inspect the driven sprocket support bearing for damage. If damage is indicated install a new driven sprocket support.

Assembly





1. CAUTION: The seal rings must be installed correctly. Transmission failure could result.

Install new Teflon seals and the No. 5 thrust washer.





2. Make sure that the seals are mated correctly.
