CHILD SAFETY SEAT TETHER ANCHOR - LATCH

REMOVAL

All vehicles
1. Remove the second row seat cushion and seat backrest.

Four-door







2. NOTE:
- Driver side shown, passenger side similar.
- Apply Threadlock 262 to the studs before installing the nuts.

Remove the nuts and the Lower Anchor and Tether for CHildren (LATCH) attaching brackets.

Wagon-passenger side







3. NOTE: Apply Threadlock 262 to the studs before installing the nuts.

Remove the nuts and the LATCH attaching brackets.

Wagon driver-side inboard







4. NOTE: Apply Threadlock 262 to the studs before installing the nuts.

Remove the nuts and the seat back rear pivot bracket.

Wagon-driver side outboard







5. NOTE: Apply Threadlock 262 to the studs before installing the nuts.

Remove the nuts and the LATCH attaching bracket.

INSTALLATION

All vehicles

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
- Apply Threadlock 262 to the studs before installing the nuts.
