Exhaust Manifold RH

Removal and Installation
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.





2. Rotate the accessory drive belt tensioner clockwise and remove the drivebelt.





3. Disconnect the Crankshaft Position (CKP) sensor electrical connector.





4. Disconnect the A/C compressor electrical connector.





5. Disconnect the engine wiring harness retainers from the A/C compressor.





6. Remove the bolt and position aside the transmission cooler tube bracket.





7. Remove the bolts and position aside the A/C compressor.





8. Disconnect the exhaust pipe from the exhaust manifold.

RH:

9. Remove the eight nuts, the exhaust manifold and the gasket.
10. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
