Front Door Panel: Service and Repair

FRONT DOOR TRIM PANEL

REMOVAL

NOTE: Driver door shown, passenger door similar.

1. Disconnect the battery.







2. Remove the exterior mirror cover.







3. Remove the interior door handle cup cover.







4. CAUTION: Use care not to damage the trim panel when removing the interior door handle.

Remove the interior door handle.
1 Remove the screw.
2 Remove the interior door handle and cup.







5. CAUTION: Use a shop towel or similar material between the tool and the front door trim panel or damage to the front door trim panel may occur.

Lift the front of the window regulator switch plate from the front door trim panel and remove the window regulator switch plate.
- Disconnect the electrical connectors.







6. Remove the front door trim panel screws.







7. Position the front door trim panel aside.







8. Disconnect the electrical connectors and remove the front door trim panel.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
