REMOVAL
1. Remove the parcel shelf.







2. Remove the outboard child safety seat belt tether anchor.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Remove the outboard child safety seat tether strap anchor.

NOTE: The passenger side is shown, the driver side is similar.







3. Remove the inboard child safety seat belt tether anchor.
1 Remove the bolt.
2 Remove the inboard child safety seat tether strap anchor.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
^ Refer to the removal procedure or Specifications for torque specifications.

WARNING: IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE BOLT/ANCHOR BE SECURELY TIGHTENED TO SPECIFICATION. OTHERWISE, THE CHILD'S SAFETY SEAT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY SECURED, AND THE CHILD CAN BE INJURED IN CASE OF A SUDDEN STOP OR ACCIDENT.

NOTE:
^ Rework the sheet metal to its original condition and structural integrity.
^ Make sure to tighten the bolts to specification.

2. Check the restraint system for correct operation.
