Flywheel-Clutch Surface
1. Use a fine grade sandpaper (400 grit) for polishing or as necessary machine the flywheel surface to remove any defects.





2. After resurfacing, the flywheel must be within specification.
1. The surface runout must not exceed specification.
2. The surface finish must be within specification.
3. The major diameter of any dowel pin must be below the new flywheel surface.
4. The clutch pressure plate bolts must screw into the flywheel by hand to within specification of the new flywheel surface.
