Hood Latch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the radiator air deflector.







2. Remove the hood latch cover bracket.
1 Loosen the retaining bolt.
2 Remove the hood latch cover bracket.







3. Detach the hood latch release cable.







4. Remove the hood latch.

NOTE: To aid installation using a suitable marker pen, mark the position of the hood latch.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
