Instrument Panel Air Distribution Ducts-Recirculation Air Duct

DISASSEMBLY







1. Remove the screws.







2. Remove the recirculation air duct door vacuum control motor.







3. Remove the screw.







4. Remove the recirculation air duct door pivot arm from the metal link.
5. Remove the metal link from the supplemental recirculation air duct door lever.







6. While depressing the tab, remove the recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.







7. While depressing the tab, remove the supplemental recirculation air duct door pivot shaft.







8. Remove the screws and the recirculation air duct housing cover.







9. Remove the supplemental recirculation air duct door.







10. Remove the recirculation air duct door and spring.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
