Air Suspension Module (ASM)

1. Verify the customer concern by operating the system.
2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of electrical damage.

VISUAL INSPECTION CHART

Electrical
^ Battery Junction Box (BJB) fuse 8 (30A)
^ Central Junction Box (CJB) fuse 16 (15A)
^ Damaged wiring harness
^ Loose or corroded connector(s)
^ Circuitry
^ Air suspension module

3. If the inspection reveals obvious concerns that can be readily identified, repair as necessary.
4. If the concern remains after the inspection, run the air suspension system auto test. If any DTCs are retrieved, go to the Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index. Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures
5. If no DTCs are retrieved, refer to Electronic Level Control to continue diagnostics.
6. If no communication with the the air suspension module, go to Pinpoint Test A. Pinpoint Tests
7. If unable to enter self-test, refer to Module Communications Network (Information Bus).
