Initial Inspection and Diagnostic Overview
1. Verify the customer's concern by operating the vehicle to duplicate the condition.2. Visually inspect for obvious signs of mechanical and electrical damage.
3. If the inspection reveals obvious concerns that can be readily identified, repair as required.
4. If the concern(s) remains after the inspection, run the Auto Test. If any DTCs are retrieved, refer to Air Suspension Control Module Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) Index. Diagnostic Trouble Code Tests and Associated Procedures
5. If no DTCs are retrieved, refer to the Symptom Chart for further diagnostics. Symptom Related Diagnostic Procedures
