Transaxle Rear Support Insulator Vehicles with 2.5L Engine








Removal

1. NOTE: The locations of the engine mountings and engine support insulators are described looking from the transaxle to the engine.

Remove the Air Cleaner (ACL).





2. Remove the water pump pulley cover.
1. Disconnect the hose from the clip.
2. Remove the bolts.
3. Remove the cover.





3. Remove the air cleaner bracket.
1. Remove the bolts.
2. Remove the bracket.





5. Install the special tools.





6. Remove the support insulator.
1. Remove the nuts.
2. Remove the bolts.
3. Remove the insulator.

Installation











1. NOTE: Use new self-locking nuts.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
