Driven Sprocket Support
Special Tools:
Disassembly
1. Remove the Teflon) seal rings and the No. 5 thrust washer.
2. Note: If the driven sprocket bearing is damaged a new driven sprocket bearing should be installed.
Using the special tools, remove the driven sprocket bearing.
Assembly
1. If removed, install a new driven sprocket bearing. Using the special tools and an arbor press install a new driven sprocket bearing.
2. CAUTION: The seal rings must be installed correctly. Transmission failure could result.
Note: Make sure that the seals are mated correctly.
Install new Teflon seals and the No. 5 thrust washer.
