Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

2. Sedan
Position back the RH trunk liner.

Station Wagon
Remove the rear quarter trim panel. Procedures






3. Remove the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch.
a. Disconnect the IFS switch electrical connector.
b. Remove the screws and the switch.

INSTALLATION

1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
