60/40 Split Backrest

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the seat cushion. For additional information, refer to Seat Cushion.
2. Remove the seat backrest. For additional information, refer to Rear Seat Backrest-60/40 Split Backrest in the removal portion.







3. Unclip the J-clip.







4. Remove the staples (RH side).







5. Remove the staples (LH side).







6. Position the upholstery, and remove the hog rings.







7. Remove the pushpins.







8. Unclip the cable from the retaining pin.







9. Unclip the cable.







10. Depress the locking tabs.
11. Remove the cable and upholstery from the seat backrest.







12. Remove the staples, then the pad.







13. Remove the nuts.







14. Remove the screws.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
