Air Conditioning Switch: Service and Repair

Air Distribution Control Switch

REMOVAL
1. Remove the radio chassis. For additional information, refer to Radio, Stereo, and Compact Disc.
2. Remove the floor console. For additional information, refer to Console.







3. Remove the control opening finish panel.
1 Remove the four screws.
2 Disconnect the headlamp dimmer switch electrical connector.
3 Remove the panel.







4. Detach the climate control assembly.
- Remove the screws.







5. Remove the air distribution control switch.
1 Disconnect the electrical connector.
2 Disconnect the vacuum harness connector.
3 Remove the control knob.
6. Remove the air distribution control switch.
- Pry up switch to separate from climate control assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
