Liquid Vapor Separator: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove the fuel tank. For additional information, refer to Fuel Delivery and Air Induction.







2. Disconnect the vapor tube from the fuel tank vent.







3. Disconnect the vapor tube from the fuel tank.







4. Remove fuel vapor vent tube assembly.

INSTALLATION







1. Replace the fuel vapor vent valve seal.
^ Lubricate the fuel vapor vent valve seal with ESE-M99B144-B surfactant (merpol).
2. To install the fuel vapor vent valve, reverse the removal procedure.
