Attachment I - Administrative Information

OASIS

You must use OASIS to determine if a vehicle is eligible for this program. OASIS will be deactivated on May 28, 2002 and reactivated June 10, 2002.

PLEASE NOTE
Correct all vehicles in stock before delivery.

DEALER-OWNER CONTACT

Promptly correct all affected vehicles on your dealer Recall/ONP Involved Unit Listing. Also, correct other eligible vehicles, which are brought to your dealership and contact customers who have not yet scheduled an appointment for their instrument panel repair.

CLAIMS PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION

^ Enter claims using DWE.

^ Refer to ACESII manual for claims preparation and submission information.

^ No "MT" time will be allowed for the repair procedure. Only labor operations listed in Attachment II will be accepted unless authorized by the Special Service Support Center. If the Special Service Support Center approves the actual time, an approval code will be provided.

^ Repairs dated prior to May 28, 2002 will use the original labor operations (01 B78C, 01B78E and 01B78F).

^ Repairs dated after June 10, 2002 will use the labor operation 01B78G, 01B78F will no longer be accepted for payment with repair dates after June 10, 2002.

^ Claims for instrument panel replacement with a repair date after May 28, 2002 will not be accepted for payment.

OWNER REFUNDS

Ford Motor Company will only refund owner-paid repairs made before the date of the Owner Letter (or after the date of the Owner Letter if an emergency repair was made away from the servicing dealer). Refer to ACESII manual for refund information.
