Rear Seat Backrest

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove the rear seat backrest.







2. Remove the center armrest.
1 Remove the Torx retaining screw.
2 Detach the center armrest from the mounting bracket.







3. Remove the latch striker cover.
^ Remove the two retaining clips.







4. Detach the seat cover.
^ Release the retaining clips.







5. Remove the armrest mounting bracket.
^ Drill out the rivets.







6. Detach the lower edge of the seat cover from the seat back.







7. Remove the seat cover retaining clips.







8. Roll up the seat cover to access the hog rings.







9. Cut the hog rings.







10. Remove the seat cover and cushion.

ASSEMBLY

1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.

NOTE: Use hog ring pliers to close the hog rings. Do not use pliers. The hog rings should be closed to overlap 8 mm, to make sure the seat cover retains and holds its shape.
