Switch-Door Lock Arm/Disarm

1. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch pins, 1 and 2.
2. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch pins, 1 and 3.
3. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch pins, 2 and 3.
4. If the resistances should he 1000 ohms. If not, INSTALL a new door lock arm/disarm switch.
5. Insert the door key and turn to the LOCK (arm) position.
6. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 2 and 3 If the resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, install a new door lock arm/disarm switch.
7. Turn the key to the UNLOCK (disarm) position.
8. Measure the resistance between door lock arm/disarm switch terminals 1 and 3. If the resistance is greater than 10,000 ohms, install a new door lock arm/disarm switch.
