Radiator Cooling Fan Motor: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.





2. Detach the wiring harness.
3. Remove the radiator.
4. Raise and support the vehicle.





5. Disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connector.





6. Disconnect the cooling fan motor electrical connector and detach the cooling fan motor diode electrical connector.





7. Disconnect the electrical connector and detach the wiring harness.





8. Detach the wiring harness and remove the cooling fan motor.

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
