Flywheel Inspection

Special Tools:

1. Inspect the flywheel for:
1. Any cracks.
2. Worn ring gear teeth.
3. Chipped or cracked ring gear teeth.





2. Using the special tool, inspect the flywheel ring gear runout.
^ Set the special tool on the flywheel ring gear surface and turn the flywheel to measure any runout.
