Seat Latch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Fold the rear seat backrest forwards.







2. Remove the rear seat backrest latch release cover.







3. Detach the backrest release latch.







4. Detach the backrest release knob.
^ Pull the release knob from its body fixing.







5. Remove the seat backrest latch.
^ Withdraw the backrest latch release cable through the opening in the C-pillar.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
