Inertia Fuel Shutoff Switch: Service and Repair

REMOVAL







1. Remove the LH front door scuff plate by pulling upward.







2. Remove the cowl side trim panel.
1 Remove the pushpins.
2 Remove the cowl side trim panel.







3. Remove the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch retaining screws.

NOTE: Position the carpet aside to gain access to the Inertia Fuel Shutoff (IFS) switch.







4. Disconnect the IFS switch electrical connector.

INSTALLATION







1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
