Coolant Reservoir: Service and Repair

Removal
1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.





2. Remove the power steering pump reservoir bolts and position the power steering pump reservoir aside.





3. Disconnect the speed control servo electrical connector, if equipped.





4. Remove the three vehicle speed control bolts and position the speed control servo aside.





5. Disconnect the low coolant level warning sensor electrical connector and remove the low coolant level warning sensor.





6. Disconnect the radiator overflow hose.





7. Remove the radiator coolant recovery reservoir bolt and remove the radiator coolant recovery reservoir.

Installation
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Fill and bleed the engine cooling system. Check for coolant leaks and proper engine coolant level after engine reaches normal operating temperature.
