DRIVE CABLES AND GUIDE RAILS

Heavy Duty Riveter:

SPECIAL SERVICE TOOL(S)

DISASSEMBLY
1. Place the sliding roof panel frame on a suitable work surface.







2. Remove the two front stops.
1 Remove the bolts (two each side).
2 Remove the two front stops.







3. Remove the drive unit screws.







4. Remove the drive unit.
1 Drill out the rivets.
2 Remove the drive unit.







5. Remove the lower panel.
1 Drill out the rivets.
2 Remove the lower panel.







6. Remove the guides.

ASSEMBLY
1. To assemble, reverse the disassembly procedure.
^ Use Heavy Duty Riveter to install the new rivets.
