Trunk / Liftgate Lock Cylinder: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. If removing the luggage compartment lock cylinder, remove the license plate bulb assembly.
2. If removing the liftgate lock cylinder, remove liftgate door trim panel.







3. Remove the trunk lock cylinder.
1 Disconnect the trunk lock rod.
2 Remove the spring clip.
3 Remove the trunk lock cylinder.

INSTALLATION
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
