Drive Sprocket/Turbine Shaft

Disassembly





1. Remove and discard drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal and O-ring.
2. Inspect bearing race for wear.





3. Remove and discard turbine shaft front seal (cast-iron).

Assembly








1. CAUTION: Seal rings must be installed correctly.

Install new drive sprocket/turbine shaft seal and O-ring.

Turbine Shaft Seal Installation:

Install new turbine shaft front seal.
