Accelerator Cable Bracket

A Tighten to 5-7 N.m (45-61 Lb-In)
B Tighten to 8-10 N.m (71-88 Lb-In)
C Tighten to 1.6-2.2 N.m (15-19 Lb-In)
D Tighten to 15-20 N.m (12-14 Lb-Ft)

REMOVAL
1. Remove the accelerator control splash shield.
2. Unwind the cable core wire from pulley and slide end fitting out of the slot on the pulley.
3. If equipped, remove the speed control actuator cable from the throttle body control lever by sliding the cable end up off the pin. Remove the bolt retaining the accelerator cable to the accelerator cable bracket.
4. If equipped, remove the bolt retaining the speed control actuator cable to the accelerator cable bracket.
5. Remove the bolts retaining the accelerator cable bracket to the throttle body.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Tighten the bolts retaining the accelerator cable bracket to the throttle body to 8-10 N.m (71-88 Lb-In).
- Tighten the bolts retaining the accelerator cable and the speed control actuator cable (if equipped) to 5-7 N.m (45-61 Lb-In).
- Tighten the bolts retaining the accelerator control splash shield to the accelerator cable bracket to 5-7 N.m (45-61 Lb-In).
