Tachometer: Description and Operation

The Tachometer:
- receives its signal from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) and displays engine rpm (in thousands).
- indicates engine rpm by the numbers and bars that represent 500 rpm.
- display indicates 0-7000 rpm.
