A/C High Pressure Safety Valve

REMOVAL
1. Discharge the system.
2. Remove cooling fan assembly.
3. Remove A/C compressor pressure relief valve from A/C manifold and tube.

INSTALLATION







1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order. Use new O-ring seal lubricated with clean PAG Compressor Oil Motorcraft YN-12c F7AZ-19589-DA or equivalent meeting Ford specification WSH-M1C231-B.
