Support Bracket
On sedan the rear disc support bracket transmits braking torque from the inner and outer rear brake shoes and linings to the brake adapter. On station wagon the rear disc support bracket transmits braking torque from the inner and outer rear brake shoe and lining to the rear wheel spindle.


Adapter
On sedan the rear disc brake adapter attaches to the rear wheel spindle. The rear disc support bracket is attached to the rear disc brake adapter.
