REMOVAL
1. Remove front seat and track assembly. Place seat on a clean surface.







2. Remove four screws from the front seat cushion side shield.
3. Disconnect front seat adjusting motor drive tube and front seat back pad adjusting tube from seat control switch.







4. Disconnect seat back control switch and housing electrical connectors from seat wiring harness and remove front seat cushion side shield from seat.
5. Remove two bolts from front seat back latch to front seat cushion frame and spring.
6. Disconnect the front seat adjusting motor drive tube and front seat back pad adjusting tubes between seat back and front seat cushion frame and spring.







7. Remove J-retainers on cover from front seat cushion frame and spring at front, rear and sides. Remove front seat cushion cover and front seat cushion pads from front seat cushion frame and spring, making sure that front seat adjusting motor drive tube and front seat back pad adjusting tubes slide through slit at rear top of inner side facing of front seat cushion cover freely.
8. Lift front and sides of front seat cushion cover from front seat cushion pad exposing front seat cushion cover listings and wires embedded in front seat cushion pad. Cut four hog rings from each front seat cushion cover side wire listing and each front seat cushion pad wire.







9. Cut three hog rings from front seat cushion cover wire listing and front seat cushion pad wire. Remove front seat cushion cover assembly from front seat cushion pad assembly. Remove each side listing tiedown wire from each listing and remove front listing tiedown wire from front listing.







10. Remove electrical connector from front seat back pad adjusting pump. Remove two screws from front seat cushion frame and spring and front seat back pad adjusting pump. Remove front seat back pad adjusting pump from front seat cushion frame and spring.







11. Remove electrical harness from front seat cushion frame and spring. Remove front seat back pad adjusting tube and front seat adjusting motor drive tube assembly from front seat cushion frame and spring.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Check the restraint system for proper operation.
