Sunroof / Moonroof Lift Mechanism: Service and Repair

REMOVAL
1. Remove roof sliding outer glass panel.
2. Using the roof sliding panel switch, move guide bracket rearward until lifter pin is at the top of curved slot in lifter arm.
3. Pull lifter arm off guidance ramp retaining pin. Slide out of roof panel.

INSTALLATION
1. Follow the removal procedure in reverse order.
2. Check sliding roof panel motor for synchronization. Install sliding roof panel motor and roof sliding outer glass panel.
